High-end estate home designed for large family vacations or corporate gatherings. Only one mile from downtown Breckenridge and Ski Gondola! Aspen View boasts eight king bedrooms (all suites with private baths and mountain views), a large kitchen, and a great room with panoramic sunset views, a private hot tub, theater and game rooms, fast wifi, a gas grill, trampoline, swing set, fire pit and two car attached garage! We have two refrigerators, an ice maker, two dishwashers, and a large 16-person table - the house is ready for entertaining.

The house is ADA Compliant with an elevator, no-stair entry, and roll-in showers. 

We offer a complimentary, local ski shuttle from Nov-April for ski drop off/pick up and getting around town.

We supply linens, towels, toilet paper, body and hand soaps, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, laundry, dishwashing detergents, and cleaning supplies.

Local transportation:

A complimentary in-town shuttle (private by reservation) operates from November 1 to April 30 from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Not available in summer. Airport shuttles, Lyft, and Uber can be purchased separately.

The home is surrounded by a mature aspen tree grove with leaves that shimmer, making the yard aglow all summer and colorful foliage for September.

We designed this home to maximize privacy, sun, and mountain views. We captured the feeling of having your own space where neighbors can't be seen or see you. Perfect for family moments.

This home borders 2.3 million acres of the White River National Forest. The local county open space and trails commission has built a vast array of hiking and mountain biking trails that we connect to directly. Three thousand miles of jeep, ATV, Dirt-biking, and UTV trails from the back door! Great for romantic sunset back-country drives

The entire property suits fully able people and adaptive family members. All bathrooms are 100% ADA with appropriate grab bars and curb-less (roll-in) showers (all rainforest heads- like a waterfall). All interior doors are sliders with no swings.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
